How do you collect points?For every published video and for the coins, comments and shares it gets. It can’t be bought or gamed — only what genuinely catches people’s attention counts. The three best authors of the month win prizes from our partners.
How points are scored
- 10 pts for a published video
- 5 pts for a published photo
- 1 pts for every reaction (coin) on your post
- 2 pts for a comment from someone else (comments on a single post count for at most 10 points)
- 3 pts for a share of your post from the site
- 25 pts when the editors pick your post
Reactions on a single post count for at most 100 points — so the ranking is decided by more than one viral video. Your own coins don’t count, and deleted or hidden posts are deducted. The monthly leaderboard starts again from zero on the first of each month; the all-time one keeps running.
